HTC one 802d, now what can I say about it. A 4.7-inch Full HD Capacitive Touch screen flaunting the Full HD, 1920 x 1080 Pixels, display which can only make you go gaga over it. My friend from neighbourhood bought it a week back and the moment I laid my myopic eyesight on it, one word, I repeat just one word described my excitement: Awesomeness.
The first question which I asked him was about the battery life and he gave me a convincing reply with pride: "a whole day". It is justified, 2300 mAh battery can power this phone for one complete day provided you don’t go drooling over video playing. A modest use can make it perform from dawn to nightfall.
But for me the looks of this phone is definitely the shows topper. An exquisite aluminium body design with beat audio dual speakers definitely adds up to its looks in the same was diamond adds up to a jewel. Sleek and shiny, curved corners has done justice with the 4.7inch screen. It’s easily usable with one hand but a bit heavy to be honest (143g). White and silver frame with a superb fit in one hand is the most striking feature of this variant if you use it in person.
They Full HD display makes the pictures come alive like never before. The 1080p display puts together a brilliant display and is comparable to the best in the league. 4.7-inch Super LCD 3 display with Corning Gorilla Glass 2 with a resolution of 1080X1920 pixels displays a flamboyant image making your pictures and movies look more beautiful than ever before. The display is the best I have seen so far for a long time.
Dual audio Beat speakers is like icing to the cake. Fantastic and clear sound reverberates the charm of this gadget. Stunning sound and video quality makes it a perfect combo. Life will definitely change if you own it and mark my word you won’t regret. The headphones which come along with the package are also really impressive. All in all, this phone is perfect for music and video hunting.
Camera quality is revolutionary. HTC One 802d has introduced the concept of Ultrapixels instead of bulking the specifications with huge Migapixel numbers. The 4 ultrapixel camera is phenomenal. And with the sturdy machine power, it works just smooth like silk.
Other Key features of this set in a nutshell are:
· Dual SIM: SIM1:- Up to HSPA (900/2100 MHz) and up to EVDO REV. A (800 MHz)
: SIM2:- Up to EDGE (900/1800/1900 MHz)
· 2.1 MP Secondary Camera
· 1.7 GHz Quad Core Processor
· UltraPixel Primary Camera
· Full HD Recording
· Expandable Storage Capacity of 64 GB
· Android Jelly Bean OS
· 4.7-inch Full HD Capacitive Touchscreen
HTC One 802d is a brilliant smartphone with striking features to possess you with awe. It’s a must buy, Thumbs Up!!! The Price tag of Rs 35k may, by the way, not do justice to the Phone. I will call it to be on the higher side.
I give it a 3.5 star. If it had been a bit cheaper, it was definitely a 4.
PS. : Buy it if you can shed some bucks.
