Organic material found on Mars for the first time
NASA has confirmed the presence of organic materials on Mars with the help of its Sample Analysis at Mars (S.A.M.) on the Curiosity Rover. The presence of organic material has opened new windows to the scientists for understanding the presence of an ancient life that once may have existed on Mars. Apart from the organic materials, SAM has also detected sharp changes in the levels of Methane in the atmosphere of Mars, due to reason unknown. Its a glorious moment for us to atleast be accertain of the presence of Organic materials and the next step is to understand the history of these rocks which can definitely help us to link all the broken chains of the history of the Red Planet.
