Israel vs Egypt and Syria

The Middle East was a battle field for the major part of twentieth century. Of all the battles fought, the most astonishing and historical was the one which was fought in the 1973 when Egypt and Syria launched a surprise attack on Israel on a Jewish holiday.

It was a great battle which would see change in the dominance from one side to another and few brave decisions taken which would change the course of the war. This phenomenon war also brought the superpowers: Soviet and USA close to a nuclear showdown.
