Evolution of Animal Body Shapes

Evolution has crafted the shapes and anatomy of all the creatures on Earth no matter how weird they look. All these changes were powered by only one single force, survival in the wild. Life started from single cells in the oceans and moved onto the land where a two legged mammal now rules the planet.

Over 4 billion years, life has flourished on our blue planet letting the marvel of evolution to create the best and the weirdest of shapes to evolve.

From blue whales to star nose rats, body shapes has provided all the creatures added abilities to survive. Earth is no less weirder when it comes to animal body shapes than the aliens we imagine. We take everything around for granted but when we look around with the eyes of evolution, we see need for survival shaping up everything, everywhere.
