Why is Kepler 452b the next Earth?

Hello People, welcome Kepler 452b! The one place in our universe that can almost have similar features as that of our Earth. The Planet was discovered by the Kepler Telescope and was made public by NASA on 23rd July, 2014 along with 11 other exoplanets but Kepler 452b sure did steal the show.

Well it was meant to be, our universe contains billions and billions of stars and the probablity of finding another Earth like planet is definitely very high. Out there somewhere is another world, just like ours and we may one day get the answer to the one question Humanity has been asking since ages: Are we alone?

Kepler 452b, the exoplanet revolving around a Sun like star Kepler 452, can be the answer to Earth 2.0. Kepler 452 is a G class star, just like our sun, and is a bit bigger and older than ours'.

Kepler 452b is 1.6 times bigger and much more massive than Earth.
Kepler-452b is orbiting a star called Kepler-452, located 1,400 light-years away in the Cygnus constellation of the Milky Way.
It can be possible that Kepler 253b is a rocky planet.
The planet is in the Goldilock Zone or the habitable zone, which means that it just enough far away from its sun that its water won't evaporate and its water won't freeze, hence, existence of liquid water is possible.
Kepler 452b takes 385 days to around its Sun.
The planet is likely to have an atmosphere, lots of clouds, and possibly active volcanoes.
The star Kepler-452 is 6 billion years old (1.5 billion years older than our Sun).
Kepler-452 has the same temperature, and is 20 percent brighter, and 10 percent larger in diameter than our Sun.
Kepler 452b can be warmer than Earth since its sun is bigger.
