How did ancient humans reach Australia?

Australia seems like the end of world for the ancient human migrations. It was strange, vast and completely cut off from the rest of the world. According to the ancient human fossil samples, the remains of the indigenous people of Australia dates back to about 60 thousand years ago.

So how did a group of people with no technology in hand, migrated into Australia and made it their home? And how did they cross the mighty oceans to land onto this great continent?

As a kid this question would always amaze me but now, i think, i might have got my mind cleared off this doubt after watching this amazing documentary explaining the migration of ancient humans into Australia.
