Some Common Myths we all believe are true

We live in a world where we believe in something and build our life around that fact. As a child born and brought up in India, i grew up with a lot of superstitions like black cats bring bad luck, breaking of glass is a bad sign, itching of my palm signals more money inflow and what not.

Those were common superstitions that don't have any connection with common sense but then there are many more that appear scientific but are nothing but a load of myth.
