All about the New Horizons Mission
New Horizons Mission was launched in January 2006 to study Pluto, its five moons and the Kuiper Belt. This ambitious mission is the first one to be exploring the unknown realm of Trans Neptunian zone where the hidden stories of our Solar System is still intact in the pieces of rocks and ice.
Pluto has always been hidden from even the most powerful telescopes ever built and only appeared to us as a blurry spot in the heavens. New Horizons Mission has perfectly executed the fly by and now we have the first ever photographs of our very own Dwarf Planet.
